Václav Klán v roce 1991 založil naši společnost a od počátku podnikání až do současnosti je hlavním pilířem firmy.

Postupně budoval silnou realitní skupinu a svou vášeň předal dál na své dva syny, Václava a Martina, kteří ve společnosti aktivně působí.

„Nechtěl jsem s realizací projektů zůstávat jen na území Prahy, chtěli jsme přispívat k rozvoji i dalších měst. Proto jsem hrdý například na projekt AMESIDE v Plzni.”
